A: We are the source manufacturer, specializing in the R&D, manufacturing and sales of mid-to-high-end gas water heaters and portable outdoor gas water heaters for more than 10 years. Our own factory covers an area of more than 12,000 square meters and an independent warehouse of 5,000 square meters. Our technical support covers the entire chain of manufacturing automation, including product design,development, structure, electronic control, molds, processes, and assembly. Our monthly production capacity is 80,000 units, and our annual production capacity is nearly 1 million units (80% load).

We have 5 modern automatic production lines.

A:  We have a full range of mid-to-high-end gas water heaters, and outdoor portable gas water heaters are our main innovative products this year. Gas water heaters include 7 series and more than 100 SKUs of innovative items. We support OEM & ODM customized development needs of overseas customers.

Q: Can you accept OEM & ODM?

A: Our core business is OEM & ODM.We mainly engage in OEM & ODM of mid-to-high-end gas water heaters and portable outdoor gas water heaters.

 

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A:  Quality is the first priority. We carry out quality management for all employees and regard product quality as the life of the enterprise! We have passed ISO9001:2005 quality management system, ERP data management system, and fully digitalized management and operation platform to strictly control every production process. Shengfei has more than 50 testing instruments for all gas water heater related parts to ensure that every part is qualified before it is put into production. We have 6 QC members with more than 10 years of work experience. Their daily work includes IQC, LQC, FQC, OQC, SQE, QA and inspection.

Our product customer recall rate is less than 0.1%, the customer inspection pass rate is 99.9%, and the after-sales repair rate is less than 0.5%. Customer satisfaction exceeds 99.9%.

 

Q: What is your payment terms?
A: T/T30% deposit in advance , 70% balance against the copy of B/L）

 

Q:   Do you provide samples ?  is it free or extra  ?

A: Yes, we provide samples by 1.5 times of unit price. And this sample fee will be refunded to you on the first mass production order

Q:  How long is your delivery time?

A:  For the 1st order, it is 35-45 days. For Repeat order, it is 25-35 days.

 

Q: What's your packaging and shipping method?

A: Packing method: We use normal export packaging with clear labels on the outside, and we can also accept customer specified.

Shipping stage:

1. Make sure all packages are packed well and no items are left.

2. Delivered directly to customers by our logistics; delivered to customers' freight forwarder or warehouse.

3. Send pick-up documents (CI, PL, BL & CO, etc.) by email or courier.

4. Help solve any customs clearance or other transportation problems.
